I’ve had a lot of PTSD and trauma when it comes to dental appointments, I recently switched to great lakes family dental and all of that has disappeared. The staff are wonderful, they do great work, and always make me feel comfortable and safe. They are able to get everything done in a timely manner, as well as do an amazing job! I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!
My husband and I have been patients at Great Lakes Dental Group in Tecumseh for many years. Staff,front desk, hygienista, dentist's, and manager were wonderful. The past year things have changed. I was having a routine cleaning and the tech tore my fillings in between my front teeth
Dr. Steven Shebli Has been great. Very personable and easy to chat with. Work is quick and efficient. Answers questions and is helpful with any issues you have.
Normally don’t write bad reviews but I was informed 2 hours before my appointment that a hygienist was sick and we had to reschedule. No back up hygienist. Nothing offered within a week or two even. The soonest appointment given to me is a month from now on October 2nd after having waited a month after an initial consultation. If this is how new clients are treated I’d stay away. Too busy is never a good mentality.
