Super disappointed as I’ve gone here for years and love all of the staff. Until now, I am super disappointed with Dr. Sheblis approach and mannerisms. I have never had an issue with a staff member nor have I ever left there feeling as down and discouraged as I did recently.
I’ve had a lot of PTSD and trauma when it comes to dental appointments, I recently switched to great lakes family dental and all of that has disappeared. The staff are wonderful, they do great work, and always make me feel comfortable and safe. They are able to get everything done in a timely manner, as well as do an amazing job! I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!
My husband and I have been patients at Great Lakes Dental Group in Tecumseh for many years. Staff,front desk, hygienista, dentist's, and manager were wonderful. The past year things have changed. I was having a routine cleaning and the tech tore my fillings in between my front teeth
Dr. Steven Shebli Has been great. Very personable and easy to chat with. Work is quick and efficient. Answers questions and is helpful with any issues you have.
