I’ve been taking my kids here since 2006 and I too was a patient for many many years but idk what those new staff have been doing but their job is not one of them especially that Ann lady I’ve had nothing but problems with her with not filing my paperwork, not properly getting back with me in regards to my crown, not properly billing my insurance, kept saying I had a balance every time I went in but I knew I did not. PATIENT BEWARE - MISDIAGNOSIS, INSURANCE LIES, AND SUPRISE BILL Misdiagnosed tooth, surprise bill, wrong insurance info — second dentist confirmed my tooth was not dead and no extraction needed. This is exactly what happened to me, and it's my personal experience. I hope this helps others avoid the same problem.
Kelly is the best hygienist! I’ve been going to her since I was about 7 and now she helps my kids with the BEST “bedside” manner.
