I usually don’t leave reviews but this really bothered me and I feel like people should know. I had braces here a few years ago and we paid around $2000. After they came off they gave me plastic retainers that were very cheap and kept cracking. Instead of offering a better option (like the old-school metal retainer), they just charged $100 every time for another one. Eventually my teeth started shifting again and I went back to ask why. Let me start off by saying I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Most of the staff, our pleasant people to deal with a few that shouldn't have their job hence attitudes due to their rescheduling. fee of now $50. I have token. All three of my kids away from this dentist office. People have lives. I own a business. My wife is a director in the medical field. My wife was scheduled to take my children.
