They refused care to patients who cant medically tolerate wearing a mask. Especially when the order specifically says if you cant tolerate one, you dont have to wear one.

Waited 5 months for my appointment only to be cancelled and told doctor is too busy to take new patients.
I brought a elderly lady in for surgery, her appt was at 10:30 am, they didnt get her in until 12:30, then she still didnt get into surgery for another hour and half. as we were waiting we couldnt use the restroom because someone plugged it up. and it was very dirty, instead of cleaning it they ignored it....I will never take any of my family there
