Receptionist (Sarah?) is extremely rude and should not be working with the public. Also, this office requires a referral even if you have a PPO. I told her I have a referral from my Doctor regardless of my coverage, and she still wanted to argue about making an appointment. Sounds like she doesn’t know what she’s doing.
Had a septoplasty and turbulence reduction procedure done at Great Lakes ENT December 12th 2025 and it was not successful. I'm more congested now than before, plus I have constant drainage since the surgery. I'm being told I need a revision and I'm expected full price for the failed procedure and now full price for the revision procedure. This is super frustrating especially since I was told up front this was a very routine procedure and there was a 95% success rate. They do not like questions, or returning phone calls. And for those who are paying out of pocket, they will not disclose how much procedures cost.
