if i could give zero stars i would. i had an appointment scheduled for my tonsils too be removed. the receptionist amber , told me on the phone that it was a procedure. i called the day prior to make sure i didn’t have to stop eating or drinking. and she snaps at me that it was just an evaluation appointment, after i said okay, and that i was told it was a procedure. she than laughs snarkly and says “ well i made that appointment so i know that wasn’t said .” i go in for appointment , and my insurance is messed up currently.... read more

Sarah the receptionist is rude, uncaring, she would rather sit at the desk and mess with her phone than get up to assist anyone. If you call in she will transfer you willy nilly. And when I told her she was being very unhelpful she became even ruder and argumentative saying that its "impossible" for her to know who is even working let alone if they are in the building. Amazing. Don’t put your life off any longer. Go get your issues corrected by people who care about your well-being as much as you do. They will work for you.
