I waited 5 months for an appointment just for the lady to hang up over my email. I tell her my email and she just says "but your last name is Penfold". I simply respond "I know, this is my email" and she just freaks out. Now I have to wait another 5 months just because my email wasn't predictable? Completely unprofessional, it seems they will find any reason they can to avoid doing their job and then they have the audacity to claim they're too busy? Completely pathetic. Don't go get a doctor out of Gaylord especially if your a new patient
I saw Dr. Cross at this office last year. I had a plugged up ear for years until he did a procedure and fixed the problem. I think I have some hearing loss in this ear, but the plugged feeling is gone and so much better. Dr. Cross was knowledgeable, answered my questions, and very kind. I would definitely recommend. The entire staff was great as well. Good experience!
Doctors have been good. Huge lack of respect for clients time. Have waited twenty minutes past our scheduled time repeatedly, to be pulled into a room to wait longer. Need to do better scheduling.
