Fred, from Preferred System, Inc. of Mt. Pleasant, Michigan was very helpful in having my new Avalir 2 unit repaired quickly, having driven the distance from his store to my home in Grand Rapids. He left me with a loaner to use while he returned to Mt. Pleasant and performed the trouble shooting and repair. He returned my Kirby vacuum on a Saturday afternoon. With Fred, the customer comes first...a business philosophy built for success. Thanks Fred for going beyond normal business hours to keep this customer happy.
Great group of people!!
They target the elderly and vulnerable and sell them crazy overpriced products using lies and half truths. I quit after my first week because i couldn't stand working for such a dishonest business. If your grandparents ever get a call from these people, tell them to hang up immediately
