One of my worst experiences The worst experience I have ever had going to the dentist. Went in with no pain to get a cavity filled. As soon as the novacaine wore I off, I was in pain. Left a message the next morning and did not get a call back for several days. In more pain than ever after leaving the dentist. After finally speaking with the dentist, no satisfaction and was talked to rudely. Will be looking for new dentist!
Excellent dentist and office I have been going to Dr. Rappold for over 3 years and have been nothing but satisfied. I have had a few fillings done and it was very quick and painless. I had issues during one procedure, but she was very patient as I was there over 2 hours. She personally remembers me. The girls in the office are very personable, appointments are always on time, and I have had no complaints. I have overheard her work with kids and she is awesome dealing with them. I have recommended her office to many people.
