Great Lakes is a horrible Trollbeads shop and should be avoided. I was told I could purchase a caterpillar over the phone after their event. I messaged them after the events and was told no. I called a few days after that and was told no again. I told them the name of the person who had told me I could purchase them and they were reluctant to put me on the phone with her.
