bought this company's package from GM dealer a less than a year old certified preowned car. gave them a car that wasn't perfect but was close to it. got the car back looking worse than I left it with them, clean but every inch of the car covered in micro scratches. I was specifically told they didn't polish it because the car is black. dealer clay bar'd then literally sealed the paint locking in the exact paint flaw I was paying an exorbitant amount to avoid. what a joke
Have used several times and have always been extremely happy with their work. Very accommodating to work with my work schedule and offering shuttle service.
Whilst some of the reviews for this service and company are a bit mixed, I can vouch for their service and I am very, very happy with their service. I brought in a decently dirty Acura MDX and came back with a very clean car. We had our car serviced yesterday, July 10 and are so, so pleased with the work that was done. We received excellent customer service, as well. All around very good experience.
Excellent service and quality. Never disappointed and highly recommend if you want your vehicle looking great for years to come.
