I have been in contact with the company several times and have had the worst customer service. The staff is very rude and unconcerned. The services are overpriced for what you get. I have a package that I get an annual sealant applied to my vehicle and they charge me $15 to wash the car first, this should be included considering how expensive the package is. The guys at Great Lakes Chemical in Grand Rapids are the ABSOLUTE BEST! You won't find better customer service anywhere! They truly care about you as a customer and do an amazing job on your vehicles! They have a customer for life!
I've gotton my cars detailed in the past by some companies but nobody has done the work Great Lakes has done for me. These guys were educated professionals and the facility was awesome and very clean. I highly recomend if you want to get your car detailed this is the place!
