My mother had Elara caring staff come to stay with her on several dates between September of 2023 to December of 2023, when a family member could not be with her. The nurse assigned to my grandma is already running 1 and 1/2 hour late. Our appointment for her to train me to administer antibiotics via IV was scheduled at 4 pm which already was later than the time assigned to take medicine. In addition to that, the nurse wasn't very polite and sounded angry on the phone when questioned why so late. I can understand up to 30 minutes to be late, but 1 hour and a half is simply ridiculous.
