Desiree, the nursing assistant was amazing. She gets 5 stars. Other than that, I was very disappointed in the services we received from this agency. They were not willing to assist in my mom‘s last day of life with medication administration. The nurse only saw her once a week up until the end, which I thought was ridiculous. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.
Literally the worse hospice company anyone can choose! Multiple nurses came out to my home and made up lies about me caring for my elderly Grandmother. And reported the lies to my job. Very rude nurses. They came in and verbally abused my grandma. They also took her off her medication without consulting us! And her health went downhill right after they took her off her medicine. Elara was the hospice service my wife's family chose for my mother-in-law. I witnessed from both afar and up close the wonderful service this group provides. Working with them allowed my wife and in-laws to keep my mother-in-law in her home. They always would take the time to explain everything and whenever we needed them they were just a phone call away. Eh okay, but not great. My dad had them after he came home from the hospital with numerous infections and numerous nurses came out all hours and then he went into hospice. He has since passed away and kudos to the nurses I met, but he is gone now... I know they tried to help him, but when he needed a cathater change he would wait for hours or days....
Amazing knowledgeable staff. They have been taking care of both my parents. I am hard to please and I highly recommend!
