I did not have a good experience for one there was always a change of staff so there was always someone different taking care of my mom I had to let them know about her changes just to hear when they was there she was doing fine. When she passed my niece and I was the only one in the room with my mom until her last breath. Great Lakes Caring took amazing care of my mom for the final 5 months of her life. We were blessed to have their care, comfort and professionalism. They continue to help my father through their bereavement services. I highly recommend them as a caring hospice provider.
