First off project manager Aaron is awesome, gave me a no pressure estimate explaining the different types of roofing shingles they offer, and what would be done to prepare the roof, the under lament, ice and water shield. Protecting the valleys in the roof. The process from tear off to replacement addressing issues and fixing the areas around the chimney and vent pipes. I really appreciated the no pressure quote. After sitting through a two hour high pressure quote from a competitor, it was refreshing to get a quote from this company. Jay provided a same day estimate with very competitive pricing. The work was performed much faster than I had anticipated. It was completed in one day. The worksite was cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. I highly recommend Great Lakes Building Concepts.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof.

Aaron prioritized my best interests over making a sale. (Other places I spoke to were ready to remove the chimney and replace the roof.) Way to go, Great Lakes Buil... read more
