Christmas Ale is great . And also the pub in downtown is one of the best in Cleveland.
Literally I just walked out because we arrived sat down in bar area and no one came by for more than 10 min 3 waiters were talking and having fun at the bar and didn’t approach. (Bar was not full) Moved to the Belgian Beer Market where we were served immediately.
25th St. has so much going on. I love the West Side Market for great veg, and tasty ethnic specialties. But put that in a bag for later, and take time to savor the beer and food at Great Lakes. Make a reservation if you know you're going. If not put your name in and kill more time at the Market or the bar. It's win-win.
I thought the person who waited on us at the bar had zero personality. Purchase a growler to go - they did not seal it whatsoever.
A great place to visit and an amazing selection of ales and fine food. Great to find a place for a visitor from the uk and taken some beer back home.
We went to Beer School with four other friends. We bought it for the guys for Christmas last year. Finally got ourselves coordinated and made it! What fun, we learned Cleveland history, Great Lakes Brewing history and beer history. Then we learned the proper way to taste and drink beer. Our guides were fun and amazing. I’ve never had a bad time at GLBC😄
The best food food in the area, the pretzel chicken and the sausage with pierogis is phenomenal.
Had the best ever beer cheese soup after a cold and rainy day at The West Side Market! Goes well with a hot pretzel and enough for two people. Located right across from the market too.
This was my third time at the GLBC and my nephews first time. It was amazing! The service, the staff, the beer and the food is awesome all across the board. All staff are super friendly, smile, are super laid back and do an excellent job. I will continue to come back because it’s just that good!!!
