No compassion or regard for human life. Receptionist is the most evil person I’ve ever encountered. She called the police! On a mom that is crying because they canceled our appointment we waited 6 months for. Canceled because his primary dentist has done work on him the last 6 months!!!! What kind of reason is that to cancel on a child who really needed the appointment! Never go to this office, you will regret it!!
I took my 4 year old daughter here. Her intial appt went great, she was not scared and left content. Then set us up with an extensive dental plan, which I was hesitant about but went through with it anyways. We went to her first appt and it went terrible. They took my daughter back to the procedure room, I asked if I could walk her in at least and they told me no, I could walk to the door to the buding but that was all and I had to wait in the car.
