Just tried to make a simple cleaning and check up appointment. Being a new patient I'm glad I didn't visit this office .... Let's just the lady was rude. After me already telling her what the amount was for she proceeded to raise her voice asking what work I needed done. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!

I had a great experience at Great Lakes Bay Center in Imlay City MI. I had to have 2 teeth extracted and everything went well. The staff is great and very friendly and helpful. I need to have more teeth extracted and others repaired so I know I'm in good hands. Thank you
