I bought 3 items from this company. Two items were in stock, but one was out of stock, so they told me it would be shipped to my house separately. It’s now been over 3 weeks and the order still says “Processing.” I called their store number, but all I got was an automated message. No real person, so no answers. I then emailed them with my order number and it’s been 3 days with no response. This is unacceptable. I finally stopped in today and absolutely love this store. Staff were super friendly and cannot believe how long-lasting their lotion’s fragrance is. I’m seriously in love with this little store and the calm vibe inside (maybe because it smells so good in there).
Person working in this establishment is RUDE. We stopped in on our visit recently, planned on purchasing some items for my 16 year old daughter. We walked around for 5 minutes while the worker was busy doing something. He ignored us the whole time, didn't even acknowledge our presence. My daughter approached him and asked if they have a restroom she could use and he barked NO at her without even looking at her. What a complete jerk.
Love their Sparkling Berry bar soap. This is the only bar soap that does not dry my hands out. I typically purchase on line, but enjoy visiting the store when we are in town. Thank you for making such great bar soap. Please always make this scent.
