I ordered online months ago and I have yet to receive my soap. I have called so many times and they have told me it's on the way.

I bought 3 items from this company. Two items were in stock, but one was out of stock, so they told me it would be shipped to my house separately. It’s now been over 3 weeks and the order still says “Processing.” I called their store number, but all I got was an automated message. No real person, so no answers. I then emailed them with my order number and it’s been 3 days with no response. This is unacceptable. I finally stopped in today and absolutely love this store. Staff were super friendly and cannot believe how long-lasting their lotion’s fragrance is. I’m seriously in love with this little store and the calm vibe inside (maybe because it smells so good in there).
