Very friendly, clean, and professional staff. Modern equipment that is kept up. Many exercise classes. Yoga, 2 pools and the list goes on and on.
I love this gym! It is very clean and well kept with a friendly staff that works there. The childcare is top notch, we have 4 children so this was a must for us to have. In the summer we love to use the pool especially the kids. The weights and cardio they have more then enough! I highly recommend them to any family or singles out there! This is a great wellness center, forgot to mention the awesome cafe they have.
Love the Club, Wonderful Child care, Friendly Staff everywhere you turn, huge gym with tons of equipment, classes and even a sauna, steam room and tanning in the locker room, they offer classes (virtual ones too) They have a Spa, Pool, rock climbing and Cafeteria in the gym, what more could you want Im really enjoying my time here!!!
GLAC is great because the people are friendly. In addition, it's a large facility offering childcare, birthday parties, rock wall for kids, indoor and outdoors swimming pools, kids camps. Not to mention, a wide variety of workout equipment, classes, and personal training, basketball and racquetball courts, indoor running track.
Was very clean, steam room was nice, pool was enjoyable but didnt get to expieriance the rest of the facility.
