Horrible experience. It started off well until they left my shutters half painted for almost a year now and have not made it out to finish the job. He has committed several times but never followed through. To make matters worse, it was paid in full. Now I haven’t even been getting a response.
Chris and his partner (so sorry i did not get his name), helped install our shower door. Alex and I are impressed with their professionalism, and clean work. They went out of their way to help us get the right door for our shower. In fact, Chris helped us select the shower door for the 2nd shower also and is coming back to Ann Arbor (all the way from Madison Heights) to install it next week. We are definitely using Great Lakes AAS for our next project/s.

Chris and his team were very efficient at repairing my damaged fences. They offered a great price and even helped me save money on material that other services would have charged me for. If I ever need further work done these guys will be my first call.
We received an inaccurate/incomplete estimate for some repairs. We contacted them numerous times over a period of several weeks for a corrected estimate and still haven't received it.
