We had Great Lakes remove asbestos insulation that was wrapped around old pipes in the basement of our residence. Brad was prompt, courteous, and easy to reach every step of the way. Although Great Lakes was not necessarily the lowest bid we received, we hired Brad's company to do the work because he was thorough in explaining the process and we felt confident he would get the job done in a proper and professional manner. Great Lakes Abatement did a great job removing asbestos at our property. I’ve used them multiple times and have found them to be very professional and just nice to deal with. Brad, the owner, kept us well informed about the project, which I really liked. I would highly recommend their services!

I had Brad from Great Lakes take care of some asbestos pipe insulation in the attic of a home I purchased with a rehab mortgage. Brad was patient and professional as we worked through the bank's requirements. When the work was finally done, it was ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations. The roofers, who were also paid with the rehab mortgage, had caused additional debris to fall in the attic prior to the abatement project. We had a leak in our master bathroom which led to the removal of drywall and multiple layers of flooring both containing asbestos. Brad was easy to reach throughout the project from first contact thru completion; he kept me well informed on the progress once the abatement commenced. All work was completed timely and exceeded my expectations. Brad even left the protective coating on the carpeting for the next contractor. I would highly recommend Great Lakes Abatement.
