Called the day before and scheduled. Got a confirmation text after and was all set. No pickup. Called back no answer. Extremely disappointed. Thank you uber for saving my trip!

Called a cab at 10:30, and asked for 8 people to be picked up from our hotel by 11:00. The dispatcher said no problem we will be there at 11. 11:00 came, and no cab in site. No problem, sometimes runs take a little longer. By 11:30 still no cab. Called and dispatcher said the cab was on it's way. 11:40 still no cab, so called the dispatcher again and he said sorry I will call him, and hung up. WOW!!! I feel so much at ease now that I can go to work tomorrow. I got this very nice lady who answered the phone even in this type of blizzard weather...Usually I 'll hear this funny double ring thing from other service. I would type her name but I'm not for sure if she wants it mentioned. This will be continued for the day of pick up...So far so great...if that makes any sense. This day of 2/1/2015-I called for 1/2/2015 THE RIDE. Have a wonderful evening...

Wanted to share that this was by far finest cab service I have ever had. Was out pubbing with friends last night downtown GR. and used these guys for a ride. Cabs are nice looking in and out, fresh smelling, they don’t allow smoking in their cabs, friendly driver. They have a sweet sounding gal (are you single sweetie, you have such a sweet phone voice? **wink wink**) that answers their phones and the estimated wait time she gave us was almost exact to minute. Found myself a new cab service when in GR.

Called and made an appointment to have my husband picked up and driven the next morning to the airport. An hour later, we received a call back from the dispatcher of this company to verify the pick-up time and address! Taxi was on time for my husband, my husband said the taxi driver was extremely pleasant. A+ to this cab company! Very pleasant dispatcher that makes a return call to verify information and clean cab and pleasant driver! Will most definitely use this taxi service again.
