Horrid place to have to visit, there's one lady that's nice there, I came from the Standish office, I've been to BC twice and knew it was good, now they are say shit that's not true, the NP never even looked at my files, so after 9 yrs I'm am being forced to find another doctor,DON'T GO THERE, I WISH DR AHMED KNEW WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO HIS NAME, ILL BE ON HERE EVERY DAY TELLING WHAT THEY HAVE DONE. THEY BETTER HAVE MY FILES BY MONDAY LIKE THEY SAID.
So many times as patients, clients, or customers we tend to complain when we are unhappy, yet still we rarely take the time out to compliment. These days finding a doctor or CFNP that not only listens but sincerely assists you with your medical concerns is challenging to find. Even more of a challenge is finding a complete staff that is understand, polite & genuine; so I find myself very fortunate to be a patient of Great Lakes Medical Center.
