I always see rental ads from GJ, but this is the first time that I decided to go with them because I found a great home in a great area of Memphis. The same story, paid fees and passed application process but house was rented already. So, I found another one & even better than the first house but it's like pulling a donut from a 600Lb person because mysteriously you can't reach anyone.
