RecommendedExcellent product and customer service. It took us a while to decide on our kitchen counter, but once we did, it did not take much time before it was installed. Everyone from the sales rep, to the fabricator, to the installers were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I will not hesitate to use Great In Counters again.
Absolutely great service I received from this company. GIC went above and beyond to make sure that I was truly satisfied with their service. Being so indecisive and going back multiple times, the service never seem to change. Everyone always had a smile on their face and made me feel so welcomed. The countertop I choose turned out to be beautiful. I was so unsure of the decision that I made, but at the end seem to all workout. The countertops for for the bathrooms and kitchen looks amazing! Keep up the great work GIC!
I went to an open house "yard sale" at Great In Counters. They had beautiful products available at great prices. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Especially Merry!!!
I had a great experience with Merry the salesperson and absolutely love the tile and slab she helped us pick out. My kitchen looks new and improved and I couldn't be happier with the tile and installation! Highly recommend Great In Counters.
Numerous scratches and sloppy seam. They did fix it the same day but that should of never had happen in the first place.
