be very careful with these dishonest people. they will be real nice to get you to sign. once you end your lease, the nighare begins. you will never get your full deposit back. rented from them twice for 3 yrs. got burned both times. they don't protect you at all even tho they are supposed to be your acting landlords. they throw in new clauses yet don't advise you. you won't win with these people.

When tenants move out, they charge excessive cleaning and maintenance fees. You'll be lucky to get your deposit back, even if you return the home in the same/better condition than when you moved in.
I rented from great homes realty and paid my rent early every month. There was a leak the whole year in the master bedroom and the carpets and painting on the walls were all damaged when I rented and they assured me it would be fixed. They never did and was extremely rude everytime I called or emailed I fix issues. I informed them because of the leak and the ceiling falling I would move and they can keep the rent and my deposit I just didn’t want to deal with them anymore. they are thieves. first month in new rental, they had wrong address on contract so it was very difficult and time consuming to find a cable/internet service. upon ending the lease, they failed to do a walk thru with me. they are now charging me over 1000.00 to clean, replace 3 blinds, and clean carpet. ironically, the condition of the house should be acceptable...especially if you could see the condition of the house I just moved into from them. don't expect to get any of your deposit back. they already get money from the ow... read more
