TERRIBLE!!!! Believe what you read about this company!!! They are shady thieves. They charge ridiculous fees at moveout, then shut you out of the portal and do not return phone calls or emails. We ended up suing them and won over $4500. Happy to share details.

This company is absolutely terrible. I am in the military and I had a short notice assignment to move out of state which allowed me out of my lease 2 months early. They will not answer the phone nor emails regarding my deposit. I had a cleaner and a landscaper come out to get the house ready for me to move out. No one showed up for my move out inspection and I was forced to leave the keys on the property. I still have not received my deposit and I moved out 31 December 2022. Worst property management company I’ve ever dealt with. We moved out of the house because of poor living conditions that they didn’t attend to, mold was growing in the home because of a leak they didn’t fix, which ruined our furniture. Then had the nerve to say there was no leak a month after we moved out and the water line was turned off. Of course it didn’t seem like there was a leak everything is dried up, but I took a pictures and videos of the dried water trail that was in the garage and the soaking wet carpet. Great Homes Realty did not follow through with releasing our tenant's deposit and additional funds that they were owed after 14 days of them vacating the property. As the owners of the property, we agreed that the tenant should be given the entirety of her deposit back, and this did not occur. Because the tenant had been a great renter (never once missing a payment), we (the property owners) wrote a personal check to the tenant to cover her deposit and additional funds that she was owed.
