I’m so glad I found Great Hills Eye Care! From start to finish, my experience was excellent. The receptionist was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about my insurance plan, which made check-in quick and easy. The tech who did my eye prep exams was also extremely friendly and made me feel completely comfortable. When I met the optometrist, I felt like I got a crash course in optometry! Dr. Patel was amazing. This was my first time with the practice and he treated me like we already knew eachother. Professional and did not make me feel any less educated for asking the questions i asked.
