Beautiful place, incredible location, very clean and very friendly and helpful staff.
Lovely typical old style American motel. Right on the beach, lovely central pool. Tina and the staff were lovely always willing to help. Would def go back.
Great location quiet beach excellent management and friendly guests. The rooms ? Clean comfortable and reasonably priced considering the area.
I spent a week here with my girlfriends and it was heaven! The accommodations were clean and comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed and we had no issues what so ever. It was peaceful, uncrowded and close to anything we wanted to do or see. Seeing Harry the heron every morning was so cool and sitting across the street watching the Dolphins swim through the canal was also cool to watch. I would definitely recommend The Great Heron Inn. you leave the traffic and noise of the street behind you as enter a courtyard that opens up into a beautiful white sandy beach with a pink sky. It's like magic. accommodations are terrific. bed is very comfortable. Staff are caring, kind and helpful. Thank you Susan! Best vacation ever. Hard to leave.
This is a 'real' mom and pop place, clean, great location, great people and just down right intoxicating! We will definitely be back, and will be recommending The Great Heron Inn to others. Please check it out!
