I was very disappointed in my most recent stop here. After having a long day I managed to get out here to order a sandwich. The lady said she closed the salad bar and couldn't open it back up in case others were to come in the store. I said I guess you lost my business and she did not seem to care she had to wait for other customers to come in. There was no sorry or no suggestions on where else to go in town. I was disappointed. I am leader of an award winning service team and so my expectations are very very high because I know what it takes to give outstanding service. THIS PLACE KNOWS TOO. I am sitting here on a Sunday morning and the lovely young gal behind the counter is genuinely welcoming and conversing with every soul that walks in the door. I WILL BE BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN! Thank you for a great coffee/morning/human/love experience.
