I work next door to Great Harvest and I love to come by and grab lunch or snack when I’m at my office. It has a very friendly, inviting and homey atmosphere. Anything I have ever gotten has been delicious but the bayou bars are by far my favorite sweet treat from here (they also have great salads and sandwiches). It’s very kid friendly and my daughter loves to come get cookies from here which I love because I also have many fond memories of this place from when I was younger. If you are going to be in South Louisiana then you MUST get a King Cake and the best King Cake that can get one is at the Great Harvest Bread Co of Acadiana. The owner greeted me when I walked in ( he is very large!) and has an incredible personality. You will be glad that you came here and if you mention my name, you might even get a Free Sample of a King Cake before you buy one. Restaurant Critic recommends the Great Harvest Bread Co of Acadiana!
I got the pesto chicken sandwich which was delish .. and love the older gentleman providing the generous bread sample! .. the staff is great!
My wife came home with a spicy grilled turkey sandwich, and I inhaled it!! This was my first time trying Great Harvest but it won’t be my last..

Ay this isn't just Normal sandwiches, this is a fresh , creative, and there's always a friendly smile. Brian thank you and your team for making the food great. Try that turkey bacon jalapeno add avocados. And don't for get to try that oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. Mmm it's from the heavens oven lol
