I had a very disappointing experience with trying to buy a home. You have to be very careful and read the fine print. They were not including an AC with the home. That was after finding out that there are no appliances included. I have never seen a home not include an AC unit.

I had a disappointing experience with this builder. During my first visit 2024 , I was clearly told that appliances were included in the purchase. However, when I returned to finalize and book the house, they suddenly changed their statement and said appliances were not included. This kind of bait-and-switch is incredibly unprofessional and misleading. On top of that, they reduced the value of the included upgrades after our initial discussions.
