I had a disappointing experience with this builder. During my first visit 2024 , I was clearly told that appliances were included in the purchase. However, when I returned to finalize and book the house, they suddenly changed their statement and said appliances were not included. This kind of bait-and-switch is incredibly unprofessional and misleading. On top of that, they reduced the value of the included upgrades after our initial discussions. Terrible! After you sign your documents and give them the deposit watch out! Make sure you read the full contract and do not believe anything the sales people tell you. I visted the sales center 3 times before actually making the purchase. All three times I was promised the home comes with extras, including a AC unit. Guess what. After I signed the first document and handed over my deposit I went home waiting for full contract to sign. Well a lot of those extras I was promised were not included. Not Happy with customer service later on process
I had one of the best experiences with Great Gulf. I consider myself lucky to have found them for my first home. Their service was nothing short of excellent. They took the time to explain every aspect of investing in a pre-construction property, making the entire process smooth and transparent. Any concerns or questions were promptly answered.
