The sales rep with black hair has an awful odour that makes it difficult to engage in a conversation with. This is not a good first impression for Great Gulf. We had to walk out because it was just awful.

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Great Gulf Homes. Every time I’ve tried to get in touch with a sales agent, I’m told to send an email instead—but then no one follows up. It feels like you’re being pushed off rather than helped. When do speak to the receptionist, the tone comes across as dismissive, like I’m inconveniencing them just by asking questions. I am renting at 1440 clarriage court unit 207 and we are frezzing sice the end of october . We contacted the owner but no results .Contacted bylaw department and no results. Bylaw manager, maintenance company and landlord clique to make a decition against my claim. Temperatures at evening and night or early morning houer rich 14 + celsius at the bedrooms due to the draft coming from windows .Disgusting and unhuman.
