Don’t buy houses from them. My daughter bought town house two years ago and still she facing problem from broken windows and water coming from backyard doors. Paint and ceiling problems, a long patches in crack from ceiling coming out. And water leek from furnace.She was charged twice which is 30000to remove bath tub and laundry room from stacked to single laundry . So they charged 15000 to remove bath tub and 15000 to area include in stacked laundry to put machine instead of stacked regular laundry machines.

The sales rep with black hair has an awful odour that makes it difficult to engage in a conversation with. This is not a good first impression for Great Gulf. We had to walk out because it was just awful.

The sales staff answered all of our questions and are very friendly. Anna, Eliana and Jennifer are always a pleasure to deal with.

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Great Gulf Homes. Every time I’ve tried to get in touch with a sales agent, I’m told to send an email instead—but then no one follows up. It feels like you’re being pushed off rather than helped. When do speak to the receptionist, the tone comes across as dismissive, like I’m inconveniencing them just by asking questions.
