When I went over to great golf in Orangeville, I couldn’t get inside the building as I need wheelchair access there are steps going into the building and a giant hill in the back parking lot where you have to park your car if you need ambulatory assistance of any kind you won’t be able to get into the building. I asked the employee that was working at the time. How would I get into the building and he just shrugged it off and moved on. I was thinking about buying a house from this company. Fantastic builder! Impressed with the quality and space in the floorplans. Location is excellent.
Went there to reserve a Semi detached house but this builder is sketchy. They marked all semis as unavailable, when I asked why these properties are unavailable. The reply from the sales person was, we are not sure if we are going to build a walkout basement or a deck with the homes. Basically, they want to jack up the price for tiny piece of land. Beware everyone! Otherwise you might be the next MR. BEAN. LOL
