Love this place! I've been an employee here for two and a half years and I couldn't be happier with my choice to accept a position here. I also have my personal policies here and the prices and coverage cant be beat! Love all my great florida family! Great Florida really has transformed from the office it was 4 years ago thanks to Jeannie who is the office manager. Jeannie literally came in and totally changed the office into a beautiful professional environment. Every day I come to work I am so proud to be a part of this amazing team of women who I honestly love as my family. At Great Florida we strive to have excellent customer service and work hard to save the customers money while writing a quality policy!
I apologize for both of your bad experiences. We have made multiple employee changes since being under new management and know your experience would be great if you want to give us another try.
Believe all the bad reviews you read. They will make your life a nightmare. Uneducated and they misrepresented my homeowners insurance. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. You will pay the price if you don't!!!!!!
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE INCOMPETENT, RUDE AND A TOTAL MESS. They lost my paperwork, they submitted insufficient info & forms to Insurance Co, they gave conflicting information, they are atrociously rude to clients (especially on the phone). WHO NEEDS THAT GARBAGE. I dropped them immediately. SEE ALL THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS ALL OVER THE INTERNET. If I could give less than 1 star I would because they didn't even deserve that.
