Ordered new floors and the buying process was fine. Had my floors installed and all seemed well, until my dishwasher broke and I then came to realize that the installer failed to take my dishwasher out and installed the floors up to the feet if the dishwasher locking dishwasher in place with no way to remove it without pulling up the installed floors. Rowan Weaver was our project coordinator who we used on our visit at Great Floors of Spokane Valley. She made our trip quick and easy due to her knowledge and expertise. Her customer service, was phenomenal from ordering, status updates to asking about and how the project was going. Truly an amazing help in it all. Would highly recommend.
Our salesperson, Rowan, was great. Super responsive, and timely. Our Installers (Mario and Alex) were a phenomenal father and son team. Would definitely recommend all three of these folks, and I saved their card for future use: we will be repeat customers for sure!
