We recently had the pleasure of working with Dale at great floors to pick out our living room upgrade! Wow! I have honestly never met a sales person more knowledgeable about the products they sell! He was not only a literal encyclopedia of information, but was kind, patient, and a great communicator. He never made me feel bad about all of the samples I dragged home or how long it took me to decide (which was a considerable amount of time!)! Absolutely a 5 star experience! We had Great Floors do our living room with LVP. It came out beautiful. John was the best salesman ever I wouldn’t go to anyone else we had gone to four places we felt Great Floors were the best as far as installation sales with John was absolutely a great experience. price was good and the work was perfection!
