Don’t waste your time. We met with an arrogant sales rep “Dave” on a Friday and another “Amalia” on Saturday morning to purchase flooring. Both were sorely lacking in their customer service skills and acted very inconvenienced to help or answer questions or guide us in making choices for flooring. I asked a very simple question of Dave about mm difference in flooring and he replied “in MY world it makes no difference”. Saturday morning Amalia acted so disgusted to be bothered . We took our business elsewhere. Do not go here.
Erin Condon was highly recommended to me & she didn't dissappoint!!! She worked me professionally, encouraginly, & had wonderful ideas!!Alex,my installer & his team were punctual, engaging & got the job completed in record time Great communication--it looks terrific! I my new floors-- Thanks to a great team!
