Great floors did an amazing job from Chad in sales to installation to follow up. The two men installing were excellent. We are extremely pleased with our new carpet!
Picking out the material and paying for it was the easiest. But for someone reason when I went in to get the quote for the tile I pick. it was never sent. When my husband went in the estimate was given right then and there. When I came in to pay for the materials. Our sales rep. Angela was not there. I was told Angela would call me with an eta.
