The process of choosing the carpet was simple. They were patient and no pressure. They made recommendations on types of carpet that would be better for hallways and stairs. The installers were professional and did a great job. We had the carpet installed in our hallways, stairs, and basement family room. When the installer noticed a leak in our basement floor, he told us right away. Can't say enough good things about our experience with Great Floors! They were patient, explained the differences between products and made suggestions based on my family's needs. We were in a hurry because we were getting ready to move and they took great care in expediting the process and getting us our flooring within the week. The price could not be beat! They took amazing care of this military family and I would highly recommend their products and services!
I just saw a commercial for Great floors of Lafayette. Buyer beware!! I DID NOT have a good experience with them or Mohawk. Great floor reps did not know enough about the product they sold me and I now have a floor in my addition that literally scratched as I SWIFFERED it!!! Not kidding...a small rock caught under the Swiffer and it scratched the floor. Can you imagine how scratched and damaged my floor now is with our family. They did nothing!!! No discount! I had tile put in my kitchen and two bathrooms. Carpet put in all the rest of the house. Great prices, sales girl was awesome! I would recommend Great Floors!
