We ordered 8k worth of hardwood and we wanted to install ourselves. The manager "Mike" was the most rude and condescending person I have ever dealt with. The sales people were even worse, they were angry because we had come in once to look and figure out what we wanted and when we came back in to purchase the same rude sales person was not there so we talked to a different person. very helpful and inexpensive – they went out of their way to help me several times, i got great quality carpet there for a good price, even refunded some carpet remnant i couldn't use because of my daughter's allergy long past the purchase date. since they are a closeout place you don't have your pick of every possible carpet
