**Please Read the Update at the End** I had Great Floors install new carpet in two bedrooms. The installation itself was completed, but during the process there was damage to other areas of my home, including gouges in the hallway flooring and scuffing on the front door frame. Customer service was terrible,beginning of the month we placed our order a week later they measured and then nothing not one word for 2weeks. We went in and spoke with our salesman personally and he said that the computers were down! He said he would call us back in a day or 2 with our bid! It’s been a week and never heard back. We went somewhere else to purchase our carpet. A phone call would have gone a long way about the progress. Rural America Properties Steve and Gerri

I had a great experience working with Tanner Walde at Great Floors. He was super helpful from start to finish—walked me through all the options, answered every question, and made the whole process really easy. He got me extremely competitive pricing. That said, the level of service he provided was so good I would’ve paid more just to work with him. The products also came in faster than the original timeline, which was a huge bonus.
