We were very pleased with recent installation of laminate flooring. Dale was timely and efficient with placing order, and the installer was also very courteous and efficient. It was a good experience!
We received a quote from Home Depot for new carpet on a rental property that tenants had already moved into and couldn't believe it when they said it would be 5-6 weeks to install. I called Great Floors and spoke with Dale who told us to come by and he would see what he could do. He was very nice and knowledgeable about their carpet options and agreed to provide an estimate on the spot based on the measurements we brought with us.
