HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – We ordered 8k worth of hardwood and we wanted to install ourselves. The manager "Mike" was the most rude and condescending person I have ever dealt with. The sales people were even worse, they were angry because we had come in once to look and figure out what we wanted and when we came back in to purchase the same rude sales person was not there so we talked to a different person.
