Wonderful Experience at the Great Falls VA! I recently visited the VA in Great Falls for blood work and to meet my new primary care nurse, and I have to say I was really impressed with the experience. Everyone I encountered was kind, welcoming, and helpful. The blood work was quick and easy, and my appointment with my new primary care nurse was such a positive experience. In my 10 plus years of using the VA I have not had a great experience. If your sick or injured you are required to call and tell them, then they tell you to go to the walk in or emergency room. What do they do at the clinic other than renew prescription.
