A nice budget-friendly stay. Decent beds and a hot and cold continental breakfast. Would stay again.
I had family stay here during the first week of August before school started, and it is impossible to describe the hospitality that Jordan showed us. We arrived late that night and Jordan made sure everything was well taken care of. The best part was how easy communication was with her, and the staff in the morning who replaced her as she left some special notes and requests we had and they were very much in the loop when we spoke to them in the morning. Why are people giving this hotel four or five stars. A hotel with the same rating and a pool and hot tub was half the price. But I pay double hoping for a nice room. What do I get? A bathroom sink full of water and an air conditioner that blows warm air. Room is so hot I’m up at 1:30am. Lol. It’s disturbing how entitled some hotels are with their pricing. Garbage. Horrible room. Shower hardly worked and the floor of the tub was so slippery it was a huge safety issue with no grab bars. The AC was about 2’ from the bed so it blew right at your face. It was 90° and smoky and we had to turn off the AC. We stayed because of the close proximity to the hospital because I had an early surgery only to get there and have a lobby full of bus travelers having an extremely loud pizza and beer party.
