The guy at the service desk was very helpful and nice. ( I didnt get his name) When we walked into our room it smelled like a dog had been in here. So maybe need to clean carpets or something. But other than the smell the room was Amazing. The beds were Awesome, we both slept Great. We would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Great Falls. Thank you for your service
My husband and I stayed here June 21st 2026 and checked out June 22nd 2026, my husband had an MRI at the hospital, we live in Cut Bank, Montana 125 miles away and his appointment was for 6:15 in the morning, so we rented a room at the Great Falls Inn for Sunday night and we would be right there for my husband's 6:15 appointment on Monday morning, well I get my American Express statement and the Great Falls Inn had charged an extra $50 dollars for saying that we smoked in our room as a Naval Veteran that lives on a fixed inco... read more
A very nice stay at a very nice place!!

Overall it is a nice hotel. All but one of the desk personnel we're very friendly. Breakfast was just okay. Not much variety. Very convenient to the medical facilities and was quiet at night.
