The receptionist Lorie was so sweet and made my wait enjoyable. Once I got in the back for service with ortho assistant she was wonderful. She was new to the office and I couldn’t tell. She was gentle with her care and you can tell she loves what she does.
I'd been with my dentist for almost 30 years before he retired so I was used to being treated a certain way. Even if you take away the familiarity, I expect good customer service. My first appointment was interesting and lacked the basic customer service, especially from the initial arrival to the point I just wanted to walk out.
