Since they moved..its chaotic. Cant find your files. A 30 minute visit turns into an hour and a half.
The doctors are great but the receptionists are very rude and change their policies everyday. My sons have 4pm appointments for their braces to get tightened. I get a phone call from the ortho office at 3:45 saying that they take their last appointment at 4pm and if they get there past 4 they are going to have to reschedule and I’m going to have to pay a $35 fee because they missed their appointment. I then call the ortho office back to let them know that my sons are stuck in traffic and would not make it until 4:03-4:04. Th... read more
I’ve been going here for years however there is a new receptionist there named Ashley that is VERY rude and disrespectful. She always seems to complicate things for whereas other receptionist are respectful and understanding. Whenever I call I ask to speak with someone else now because her negativity is excessive.
