I was scheduled for yesterday. I just got a measly text saying I’m reschedule for the next day. Without even asking me if I can do that time. Then I came in and they said it was cancelled. It’s just an exam. Who did this? What the heck? I didn’t even get contacted. I did get forced in but it was weird. Also on of the front desk staff is rly rude and unfriendly. I’ve been going here two or so years and this was the worst experienfe. It’s gone from nice to terribke
Extremely disappointed with our experience at Great Expressions Dental. From our very first visit, the office felt completely disorganized. They couldn’t verify our insurance even though I had already provided all the information. Brenda at the front desk was the only helpful person there—she was kind, professional, and clearly overwhelmed trying to manage everything on her own. The office is clearly understaffed. I liked the front desk staff and the hygienist, but the dentist wasn't very friendly. The worst part is that I found out that they scammed me. I was told they I needed a deep cleaning and had 4 cavities, despite having none at my last appt with a different dentist less than a year before. I trusted them and paid for the deep cleaning since my insurance only covered regular cleanings. Our entire family recently started seeing Dr. Acorn and we couldn't be more pleased. We have 6 family members, and the staff and Dr. established immediate repore and caring. There was no shame or judgement, which was a huge fear of mine. They have gone the extra mile to make a clear and reasonable dental plan for all of us. Would absolutely recommend.
