I went for my cleaning today and was somewhat disappointed when I didn't see my usual hygienist. But I have to admit that Fanny did a great job. I left with a bright smile. She was professional, caring and took her time to provide a wonderful experience. Always happy to come back to Great Expressions, they take care of your dental needs. On 3/19/2025I just went today to see my dentist to have a cavity filling, it was completed in under an hour. They provide competent dental service but do not care if you are having a dental emergency. I have been a patient for years and twice I have needed to see them for an emergency and I was told not to come in because they were all booked. The first time they said they would not even call their other offices and could not help me. The second time the girl on the phone asked me whose appointment she should cancel to fit me in! No real concern shown for patients here. Dr came talked a bit then left and didnt return for 10+ minutes so I left. Asked for Dr to contact me but never heard from her. Never going back here. Notice their response ! Shows how much attention they pay to patient comments ! And you are most welcome for my 1 star review. You don't even deserve that !
